Have you ever had a cocktail-paired dinner? Well, now you can! This is a club exclusive experience and we will have the entire place to ourselves. Tallman Cocktails is a new bar that aspires to be the leader in high-end cocktails in Syracuse and beyond. Having just opened in January of 2023, they are excited to show us what they got. Consider joining us for a lovely night of delicious eats and beautiful drinks. A typical Tallman cocktail will run you about $15 so this is the perfect opportunity to try four cocktails--thoughtfully paired and in good company no less.

1st course

Pickled vegetables - carrots, beets, cauliflower, bread and butter pickles, carrot butter

2nd course

Waldorf salad - mixed greens, shaved onions, dried apple, pickled grapes, blue d’avergne, smoked walnuts, cider vinaigrette

3rd course

Pistachio crusted chicken, assyrtiko whipped feta, Greek zucchini ribbon salad

4th course

Goat cheese mousse, roasted blueberries, puff pastry cracklings

Attendees will be seated at tables of 6-10 people. Capacity 55 attendees.
