Discover West African food first hand with this cook-along-class in the Salt City Market. Chef Kuukua of Asempe Kitchen will take you on a flavorful journey through the art of cooking. The meal prepared together will be Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, Vegan, and have the option to add protein. You are also welcome to grab a drink from Salt City Bar or elsewhere in the market to enjoy throughout the class. Menu cards AND a colorful hand-sewn aprons made by Ghanaian women are included for you to take home!
