Hot Sauce Tasting Party at SyrachaCuse
Join the group in tasting a variety of local hot sauce! Enjoy with chicken wings, crackers, veggies, cheese, and a complimentary glass of champagne, AND a bottle of your favorite flavor sauce too! You are welcome to BYOB. You MUST be full vaccinated against COVID-19. Proof is required.

About the Event
What to expect: Yourself and eight others will gather around the large market table right inside SyrachaCuse. Local goodies retail shop by day and a social venue for tasting hot sauce by night. You will learn how to properly taste and judge hot sauce, record your thoughts in a hot sauce journal, and while away the evening enjoying wings, snacks, and sparkling wine amongst new friends.
What is included: Wings for trying out hot suaces, cheese/crackers/veggies to snack on, a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, and a whole hot sauce bottle to take home with you! If you want, you are welcome to BYOB.
