Join us back at Talking Cursive Brewing Company for a three course special beer-paired dinner. This is event is exclusive to Syracuse Eating Club and will feature a salad course, hamburger slider flight, and dessert. This is a unique pairing because not only does each course come with a pairing, but, the main course will have a pairing for each different slider. Tax and gratuity are INCLUDED in the ticket price.

We last went to Talking Cursive one year ago in April of 2022 for their first ever brunch and it was such a success that they now hold quarterly and holiday themed brunches. They are a pleasure to work with and I can't wait to go back!

MENU

1st course

Strawberry, Pistachio, Goat Cheese Spring Salad (comes with full size drink of choice)

2nd Course

Burger Slider Flight with a side of Brussels 'n' Bacon Jam. Each slider will have it's own 3oz. beer pairing.

3rd Course

Blueberry Semifreddo w/ Walnut Crumb topping. Paired with a house made liqueur digestif.

Attendees will be seated at tables of 6-10 people. Capacity 35 - 40 attendees.
