Policies related to online purchases

Returns, Refunds, and Exchange policies:

 

Apparel: No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted for apparel items.

Event Ticket: Our standard policy is no refunds for ticketed events of any kind within 2-weeks of the event start date. Each event ticket will have it's own cancellation policy presented when purchasing as the refund window can vary.

Memberships: Memberships are not refundable under any circumstances other than if you accidentally purchased multiple memberships within the same 1-year subscription window.

Shipping and Fulfillment policies:

Apparel: When purchasing apparel, you will have the option to receive your item(s) via delivery or to pick-up your items. Below are the policies for each option:

1. Shipping: The Eating Club LLC uses the United States Postal Service for fulfilling shipped orders. The shipping costs are calculated upon checkout based on your address location and weight of the item(s). A tracking number will be provided to you upon request via email at syracuse@theeatingclub.co.

Fulfillment times may vary based on inventory statuses. You will be contacted in the event that delivery will take longer than 7 days or if any items you ordered are out of stock. Any items that are out of stock will be refunded or substituted in accordance with the customers choice.

2. Pick-up: All pick-ups will be at Bee Kind at 118 Milton Ave, Syracuse, NY 13204 during normal operating hours.

Memberships: When purchasing a PRO membership you will get a t-shirt and may ONLY opt for pick up. You can conduct this pick-up either at 1) an Eating Club event or 2) at Bee Kind at 118 Milton Ave, Syracuse, NY 13204 during normal operating hours.
